Secret Service Prostitution Scandal

In Washington DC this week, there was a scandal of the utmost outrage that was shocking to many. Members of the Secret Service was tied to prostitution. This was something that made many explode into outrage and many questioned what connection, if any, our United States President, Barack Obama has had with this prostitution scandal. And what else, if anything could members of the Secret Service be involved in other than Prostitution

Prostitution Ties to Secret Service Raises Uncomfortable Questions

Twenty or more women, of foreign origin were revealed to be a part of this scandal, which involved eleven reported Secret Service agents being involved in the situation, in the country of Columbia. It appears that the United States military was involved two, with it being alleged that ten people who could be classified as military personnel.

As scarring at this situation could have been for the secret service, had the women been spies that have been posing as prostitutes, things could have been much worse. It would be a huge black mark if any valuable American intelligence fell into the hands of those who were not to know it. Yet it appears to be just a matter of scandal and not a matter of a breach of American security.

There is no proof that President Obama has been involved in said scandal as well. There have been whispers and those type of whispers is something that coming up on a Presidential election and the Politically Correct Society we live in, that cannot bode well. Obama has assured us that he had no knowledge and was outraged.

The problem is that Obama can say all he wants, but it was his Secret Service that was involved, thus many would be inclined not to believe the United States President and his lack of involvement in the prostitution scandal that is gripping the Secret Service. With elections coming up, this is some bad publicity that the President can ill afford.

Many Americans may also wonder what else the Secret Service may be involved in. The actions of the United States Secret Service is shrouded mostly in mystery and there may be more scandals to come up. Especially given that this is election season and opponents of Obama will be tripping themselves to find more political scandals.

Will this be something that will haunt Obama until the end as more questions are raised, regardless of his direct or indirect involvement? We will have to wait and see.
