Another short
way has begun this week on Wall Street on Tuesday January 17th 2012,
with the Stock Market up slightly throughout the day. While not a steep rise,
any kind of rise for the Stock Market is something that many investors should
really feel rather interested about.
Stock
Market Report for January 17th 2012
Investors as it seems are not
putting any money into stocks due to them being a faulty investing. Which may
be prudent by some angles, as they sure aren’t losing any money. However, it
does not really seem as if they are going to making all that much money. In
fact, the market seems to be rather smaller, given the fact that people out
there are purchasing less. As a result, companies are really reducing the
stocks that are being offered on the market, where people can invest into them.
It is rather tricky to see where
we stand on this day and in this particular market. Gains are steady, but
losses seem to also be bouncing right back up. To watch the Stock Market, it
does seem like it raises up and down. The fact is, investor confidence may be a
tiny bit stronger at this point in time, but it is just merely an illusion and
no end it sight.
There will be no magic fix for
the economy. Any attempts made to do so by the government have been met with
some rather mixed results in general. The government seems to have not been
able to do anything to ease the bleeding of the economy. If any, it has gotten
worse. Blame can be thrown towards anyone you can think of but in the end, the
economic spiral has been a collective effort over the years.
So is now the time to invest?
Well whether dividends are paying off well within certain stocks, if it is
going to return in some way, we will have no idea.
In the end, gains and rises
happen, not like a roller coaster, but like a teeter totter in 2012. Let’s keep
one eye on the market and hope that it will be a sign for happy days for the
ninety nine or so percent of us that are struggling. Until next time, remember
to invest wisely.
