Obama and Congress Need to Get Their Act in Gear Immediately

Today, talks continue about the Debt Ceiling and I'll be honest with you, the entire mess with the debt and the United States is rather getting even more frightening by each passing year. Its gotten to the point where we seem to be digging ourselves rather deeper in an attempt to find a way to pull ourselves back up in the not so distant future. This is a program that even the greatest economic expert would have trouble trying to completely solve. It is a delicate situation in many ways, with each passing meeting as the do date is approaching. And it is approaching rather quickly is well in a number of ways. There is one element about this entire mess that scares me more so than anything else.

We have to rely on Obama and Congress to put aside whatever differences that they might have and there are in fact many, to resolve this issue. I think we can sense a bit of a problem. Many have compared the United States President to a petulant child, but to be fair, Congress is not that much further into the right. We seem to agree just enough to realize that there needs to be a prompt solution. One should argue that our insane suspending should have been suppressed big time about five years or even longer. Still that is another issue and another Pandora's box that is threatening to be broken wide opened completely open.

The Day is approaching. August 2nd, the day where this debt ceiling issue needs to be resolved is really not all that far away. What in the world is this government doing? The politicians in Washington are continuing to play a very delicate game and they are throwing an insane amount of blame around. They are unwilling to find some kind of common ground. Obama has thrown Congress under the bus, Congress has thrown Obama under the bus, members of congress have thrown other members of congress under the bus, and its all one big horrific mess.

We are going to be in big trouble if they don't stop squabbling, stop shouldering blame. The United States government(or really any government these days) seems to have an agenda of how to do damage control and there are going to be groups of people who are going to be thrown underneath the bus. The dollar being even more devalued, that is going to put us all at a very bad state, with a rather bad situation.

The world is burning. People are suffering. We are in a pressure cooker and sins from years past are coming crashing down on us.
