Earning a Living versus Making Money

There are three types of people in this world as far as the work force are concerned. Those types who are struggling to get by, not really making any money at all. Then are those types of people who earn a living and then there are individuals out there who make money.

The people who struggle during their day to day live really do not really mandate a further. The other two types of people as far as working concerns deserve a further explanation. Some people tend to interchange someone making money and someone earning a living rather commonly. Yet, there is a difference between the two.

So what is the difference between people who earn a living and people who make money?

A lot of people out there leave their house each and every day, they head to a 9-5 job where they get a steady paycheck. They are polite and cordial their co-workers, to their boss, and appear with a smile on their face, as they cash their paycheck, go home at the same time and take the weekends off. They have funds to survive and perhaps put a little bit of money back to save in case of an emergency.

Those types of people are making a living. Many times those people tend to morph into what are called paycheck zombies, where they work to live and live to work. The smile on their face is rather strained, and really they are dead right on the inside. They only have minimal benefits at retirement. They make enough to live their life without any discomfort. They work to the retirement age and potentially a bit beyond as well.

Then there are those people who make money. They don't let the economy manipulate them, dictate how they are going to live their life. They take jobs which will make beneficial to their future savings and success. They are always finding new ways to make money, by some ways fair and more than a fair few foul.

They don't want to work for their entire lives, they save a lot of what they earn, and keep investing it in safe, but moderately lucrative investments. Those who make money can retire with enough money to live a lifestyle a couple of notches above the average person at half of the age, while laughing at those who have become a part of the system.

Those who make the money are not part of the system. In many cases, they are the system, controlling those who make a living, to put even more money in their pockets. Only those who know the game that succeed.
