It is time to take a look at what
is going on around the world today. The Northeast Snow Storms lead to school
closings, Halloween, Veteran’s Day is coming up, and much more around the world
on October 31st 2011. Let’s see what is occurring on Halloween
morning 2011.
School
Closings: Heavy
snow is going to hammer the entire Northeast over the weekend. To the point
where schools are being closed. Of course, school closings really are not going
to matter, as you’ll just going to really going to have to make up the snow day
eventually in some way. I think teachers who have strict lesson plans cringe.
This might be some kind of record for a snow day throughout the year.
Bernie
Madoff: The
2008 Ponzi Scheme architect is being in the news today, mostly because of his
family. It does go without saying that the family have to live with the shame
of what he did. I doubt that many scam artists really do think about how that
affects their family. It is a crucial nature of the business world.
Matt
Barnes: Rumors
of the Los Angeles Lakers player dating Eva Longoria have been shot down. It is
just another thing for the gossip mongers and the social networks to rather
interest themselves with. Then again, who really knows. Of course,
relationships of the famous tend to be a dodgy thing, when they are true and
obviously these rumors are going to be something that are going to give people
something to talk about.
Kim
Zolciak: The
Real Housewives star is going to get married. Good for her.
Happy
Halloween: Google
is decked out for the Halloween season. And with it, there is a lot of great
looking pumpkins. It’s been said but remain safe on this Halloween season.
Philadelphia
Eagles: The
Eagles are looking for some interesting times right in the Football season.
They are treating every game like a playoff, which is really a smart strategy
for the Eagles.
dia
de los muertos: Or
the Day of the Dead, which is the translation from Spanish. A huge celebration
that is a big deal in the Hispanic culture. Hopefully the day is
The
Strangers: Remind
your children not to accept rides from strangers this Halloween. That is
another safety tip for the year.
Veteran’s
Day: 11/11/11(fancy
that), is a day where we honor all of those who have served the country of the
United States. People who have bravely fought in many ways and many who have
sadly died as well.
History
of Halloween: Halloween
has a rather storied history. It is rather something that is interesting to
think about.
There we go, what we’re talking
about on Google. Everyone have a great day and Happy Halloween.
